Fuelled by this conviction, I empower parents with practical tools and insights grounded in love, respect, and empathy. My experience extends beyond individual coaching sessions, drawing upon over a decade of work as a parent coach and my participation in the esteemed Psychological Society of South Africa National Mentorship Program.
This foundation ignited a deeper curiosity about the broader application of behavioural science principles. Witnessing the impact of family dynamics on well-being, I am particularly interested in how cognitive behavioural concepts could be leveraged to influence policy and law-making for the benefit of communities.
